11.01.2022 FYIWITH MY PUBLIC OPINION! Chief Lt Gen Jok Riak relieved and replaced with another Chief of Staff of SSPDF. The former Chief of Staff seemed militarily capab...le. But why he unexpectedly relieved? Answering this question on his unexpected relief from the military department could bear three reasons which I outlined herein. 1: Lt Gen Jok Riak was played a national patriotism across all SSPDF sectors, divisions and brigades of South Sudanese army and therefore seemed to have a national interest in implementing the R-ARCSS in a letter and spirit with his patriots in opposition. 2: Lt Gen Jok Riak in my analytical views seemed to nationally restore the historic legacy of Dr John Garang De Mabior and had attempted to import the international commanding diplomacy and dignified conducts into South Sudanese military systems during his legitimate service. 3: Lt Gen Jok Riak might toughly question the murderous president over the recent allocation of states which saw the Jonglei State being allocated to the SPLM-IO despite his national interest to implement the communally signed R-ARCSS in a letter and spirit with the opposition parties in the conflict in South Sudan. I think the allocation of Jonglei State to the mighty SPLM-IO was an exception to Lt Gen Gatriak and many supporters of the said radical elites based in some parts of Jonglei. These arrogant elites could pressure General Jok to poke his military fingers into Salva Kiir's nostrils in order to revoke his unwanted decision during this global and national lockdown. The allocation of Jonglei State to the SPLM-IO seemed to cause a severe surprise if not a shocking bomb that emotionally united Gen Jok Riak with those radical elites I mentioned above encompassing some of their social grassroots who virtually hailed from the same ethnic group within Jonglei State. One could view this a logic argument as it was not long ago to read a long open letter from Gen Riak's community officials who advised Salva Kiir to revoke his decision on the political allocation of Jonglei State to General Dr Riek Machar Teny-Dhurgön and his mighty SPLM-IO. In whole sense, Gen Jok Riak's military diplomacy that seemed to respect the national code of conduct might differ with the tribal behaviour of his fellow radical elites such as Gen Kuol Manyang Juk and Gen Makuei Lueth who want South Sudan to return to war in a murderous hope to achieve their tribal agenda that works against others in South Sudan. Overhaul, Gen Jok's national patriotism is worthless or opposite to Salva Kiir's and JCE's ethnocentric ideology that works to suppress the equality, justice, freedom, human rights, democracy and even the existence of some other ethnicities in the country. I viewed from afar that one of these outlined reasons must be the trigger of Gen Jok Riak's dismissal as it opposed Salva Kiir's imposing policy to the South Sudanese citizens. However, those tribal elites have merely forgotten that their ethnocentric ideology to suppress the aforementioned-social, cultural and political values are our main national reason, vision and mission that caused the past bloodletting civil war with our brothers in the north. That deleterious ideology should not be re-practicing in our young nation unless those notorious perpetrators want the neo-colonial administration to takeover South Sudan. Given Salva Kiir's recent presidential decree that relieved, promoted and replaced the military officers in Juba, South Sudanese in opposition parties should be vigilant especially on the 16 May and on 9 July, 2020 as it can bring two bittersweet spectrums. With the first spectrum to be either fully implementing the R-ARCSS or the second spectrum that could be destroying it and return the country to war as it seems to be. 08.01.2022 My Short General Advice to all social and political abusers on Facebook. Dr Riek Machar Teny-Dhurgön, Mr Salva Kiir Mayar and their political associates within their respective parties do not deserve any personal denunciation regardless of their positive or negative sides of story in Salvawar since we know who is a culprit and an innocent doer between the two. They politically deserve a constructive denunciation toward their respective leadership qualities and accountabilitie...s based on the nature of this Salvawar. The public conceptualization in relation to this obsolete nature of abuses would be that our two national figures' personal critics should understand that all involved villaging criticism can doubtlessly face an intolerable accommodation in the proficient environment of our literate world. I have never come across a renowned politician or a businessperson that once claims a political or a financial victory by personally abusing their opponents apart from beating them using powers of constructive and benevolent ideas during public debates in order to solve some national and international affairs when the needs be. Please take my humble advice if you have not already taken some from the external others who are sharing the same negative connotation with me in relation to your inattetive publicity in social media. Let us educate our public audiences with dignity and respect knowing that this Salvawar will have its time to be over along with its notorious servants whereby our South Sudan will remain for a new dawn of hero or heroine in the adjacent future. The cases of Rwanda and South Sudan Genocide are the keys heinously synonymous examples of "ethnocentric pandemics in Africa history and beyond. African across the continent and right around the world are now watching and listening to this gifted human-being, PLO Lumumba's concerned video or audi...o advocacy in relation to the current social, political and military ideology that has already structured in the centre of ethnic status quo governance and its apocalyptic pandemics but paying least attention on this authentic pandemic which is widely inffected this native continent. 01.01.2022 FYI What has been destroying African continent is a dictatorial development and empowerment instead of championing a sustainable urbanisation in both central ...and regional centres across the continent. We are so far facing a long and bumpy journey to displace in our social, political and military lifetimes wherever we are residing in this earthly planet. I am however fearing for the future of our adjacent generation who might face the synonymous journey that would compromise their needs they should gain through social, economic, political freedoms and you name them in this dictatorial continent if no revamp. 06.12.2021 FYI This mighty society cannot be destroyed by one man. Our time has come to rescue our mighty society in South Sudan from melting down the Nile.... Millions of our innocent people have already been perished behind this demonic prophet's unstrategic leadership since 1986 until now. The man who holds the Ph.D has never had a single friend across African regions leave alone the international communities where he highly graduated from. I first thought that the world hatred our society but have just realised that we have no problem with the world. Our societal problem has fatally been generated by his lackadaisical knowledge in terms of revolution which he has been imposing himself to run for all three and a half decades (35 years). This is because he is a non-social leader who does not bother himself to diplomatically engage the political, revolutionary and business leaders around the world to support our struggle rather than relying on Ngundeng's prophecies which might not prophesied for him. We tried him in several revolutions but we had never politically and militarily achieved any single revolutionary victory under his leadership till I am writing this brief. If Dr Riek Machar Teny-Dhurgön wants to be respected by the Nuer or all South Sudanese, then he should leave the chair peacefully to the new C-in-C 1st Lt Gen Gatwech Dual before this resistance escalates into other parts of South Sudan. He should appreciate the Nuer and other South Sudanese for standing behind him for more than 3 decades. I know he theoretically qualified as a Ph.D holder in a strategic planning. However, he has the least practical knowledge to strategize his political plannings and that is why we are facing the odds under his leadership for decades. Based on his currently melting or failed leadership, I convinced that only the revolutionary and political nincompoops could still believe in him to bring the change we need in South Sudan. However, it is beyond worthless to me to be celebrated by someone with a societal heart while millions of our patriots have nationally and regionally been marooned by the supposed to be their common government.... Even a non South Sudanese wouldn't see this day fit for celebration rather than seeing it as a nationally and regionally mourning day in our nation.
