05.01.2022 Being home for the past couple of days has been blissful... Harvest is in full swing & baking bread makes me realise how necessary farmers are. Without Australia’s farmers we wouldn’t eat! Trust me when I say a lot of hard work goes into farming & it’s seldom thought about because we are so fortunate in that we can walk into a supermarket & purchase what we need, without even thinking of where it came from. ... Enjoy the meals you cook up today & think about the hard work that went into producing the ingredients
