12.01.2022 The Business: Pango Coffee a busy cafe in the inner west, right next door to Newport train station. We currently offer a modern Australian breakfast and lunch menu. The space seats 120pax, and was upgraded when we opened a year ago, with further upgrades planned to support an evening concept ready to launch when Covid restrictions allow. The Opportunity: We are looking an experienced barista to join the team. ... Our preferred candidate will need to be have the following skills: Dialling in the machine Writing up tasting notes Strong latte art Strong espresso knowledge Good communication skills Specialty coffee experience We are looking for someone with at least 2 years in a similar position, someone who genuinely loves coffee and the cafe environment, works well under pressure, and is a team player. The Team: We are a young, energetic team keen to continue pushing the benchmark of quality and service in the inner west. We opened out first cafe three years ago, and have opened another two since then. We foster a fun, collaborative and hardworking culture and we love the community here.
