24.01.2022 COUNTRY CLASSIC BOUND TOULON BROOK was tough again today in the Coonabarabran Cupfinishing 3rd in the $75,000 event. After being posted 3-4 wide the trip from barrier the outside he had the tenacity to work home into the placings over the mile. The $125,000 Country Classic (2000m) is the grand final for TOULON BROOK and after today’s performance he will be very competitive. The stable will also be well represented with FAST TALKIN’ running out a strong mile (5th/11) at Randwick yesterday and both are screaming out for 2000m.

21.01.2022 REEVE WHEELER MEMORIAL CUP SPRINT PRELUDE- DUBBO The big guns of the stable flexed their muscles today in the Reece Wheeler Memorial Cup Prelude (1120m) and it was the same result as the WRA Country Championships Qualifier with SNEAK PREVIEW and FAST TALKING going 1-2. 12.01.2022 DUBBO FLYING HCP Kosciuszko Prelude?? The Flying (1100m) $50,000 has attracted 25 nominations and will be hotly contested as the regions best sprinters are let loose in a race that will act as a prelude for some into the $1.3M Kosciuszko. SNEAK PREVIEW and JAILBREAK are in great order after a 1020m trial where they finished 1-2 and the clock 57.59 suggests they should be right in this. The son of Snitzel was given a good break and he has come back mentally and physically better for it. 08.01.2022 Kody Nestor Racing headed to Coonamble with 5 runners and although the winners stall eluded us we came away with 2 seconds and a 3rd placing in the the 2020 Coonamble Cup . The stable has been very consistent in 2020-21 finishing in the Top 5 on 47 occasions from our 63 runners. IMA BULLET found the winners stall yesterday at Forbes in the CLB (1400m) recording back to back victories with Leandro Ribeiro in the saddle.

03.01.2022 KODY NESTOR RACING - The Kosciuszko JAILBREAK (By Rubick) JAILBREAK kicked off his career in Sydney where he couldn't quite match up as a 2YO but since making the move west has really found his mark. In his first campaign for Kody Nestor Racing he put together back to back victories before heading to Randwick in the Tab Highway finishing 4th (2L) behind the unbeaten FENDER ($15 ss) and followed this up just missing over the 1400m behind LAUGHING OR CRYING.... His campaign finished up at Canterbury Park where he worked home well behind the smart John O'Shea galloper LILLEMOR and this signalled to Kody that he had a very promising horse moving into 2020-21. JAILBREAK ($51 ss) will look to trial at Gilgandra on Saturday over the 1000m and with the likes of EL MO ($26 ss) & stable mate TOULON BROOK engaged it will be a great starting point.
