16.01.2022 Once again somebody has used my bank account to purchase Kogan product. once again Kogan is involved in fraud, when will the Australian government and the ASIC shut this business down for all the fraud and criminal behaviour.

04.01.2022 My story. On the 3rd of January, I checked my bank account and was surprised to find money being paid to Kogan. I do not have, and never have had a Kogan account. I immediately called my Credit Union who sent me out the appropriate forms and then tried to call Kogan. The only way yo make contact with Kogan is to join them and put in a written complaint. So I did. explaining that two payments came out on the 4th of December and two Payments on the 4th of January and that I had... never purchased anything and to please return my Money. They have refused. They acknowledge that I have never purchased anything from them, that they can see that money has come out of my account and that they have received it but that I need to go to Visa to get the money back. I asked them to tell me what I had supposably purchased and where it had been delivered to and they said they cant tell me as it might hurt a valuable customer of theirs. so Kogan are involved in illegally taking money from my account. They are involved in actively helping people steal money from other peoples account to pay for goods, and they have delivered stolen goods to a third party. All of which they refuse to tell me WHO. Kogan return my money. See more
