We love the preparation during Holy Week and the tradition of baking homemade Tsoureki and Koulouria with our unique family recipes handed down through the generations and the symbolic dying of the red eggs. Whilst this year will be difficult because we can't share Easter with our loved ones and our extended families these traditions have never been more important.
