21.01.2022 Paul and I are excited to announce our new business rebrand and name! Koha Maintenance is a boutique property maintenance business servicing Residential, Commercial and Short Term/Holiday properties in the Northern Beaches, Sydney! We'll have a new website up soon and are very excited for the future with our new venture in Sydney after many wonderful years helping property owners in Perth, W.A.

11.01.2022 A belated Happy New Year! Paul and I will be announcing some exciting updates with Koha Maintenance this year and looking forward to sharing them all with you soon :) This weather has been a bit of a dampener in Sydney ;) But we're back to work helping clients keep their properties professionally maintained. Thank you to everyone who used our business last year and referred friends & family to us. Our first year operating in Sydney (and full time work roster) was purely word... of mouth last year, something we are incredibly proud to have had! Here's to 2016 being a wonderful year for all :)

Our client wanted a simple deck down the side of their house to make better use of the space and to have a more aesthetically pleasing area to look at! Deck was left unstained at owner's request (as they wish to do this themselves). And of course we are always happy to oblige with any customer request :)
