23.01.2022 As you all would know the state government applied business and school restrictions on the community over the past 24hours. As a beauty salon I’m currently not included in the necessary business closures but as a mother I feel it is my responsibility to my family at this time to stay home with my children. This will likely mean I will be closed for the foreseeable future for the safety of my clientele, family and myself. ... I want to thank all of you for the support you offer my small business and to let you know that it does not go unnoticed. I will try to keep my product stock as up to date for you should you need anything at anytime. I would also love to take this opportunity to ask you to all to try and support local as much as you can in this financially stressful time. 23.01.2022 There are only two appointments for most of my clients until Christmas is here again! Already booked up until the end of November and the week before Christmas is almost all booked out as well. Once these appointments are booked in I won't have anymore until the new year! So really important if you'd like appointments for the next 2 months please be sure to secure bookings ASAP. ... I will also be off work from the 23rd Dec- 2nd Jan. Xx

19.01.2022 KOHL brow studio CANCELLATION POLICY. All cancellations made within 24hours receive a fee worth 50% of the treatment booked in. (This means if a cancellation is made after receiving The confirmation text you will receive a fee) ... To avoid cancelling and receiving a fee, you may need to record your appointment time personally. The fee is to be paid by direct deposit within 3 days, and a screenshot of the receipt is to be sent to me as proof of payment. All clients who do not show up for a booked in appointment, (if an appointment has been made and not cancelled) will be required to pay 100% of their treatment cost, through direct deposit. Within three days. A client who fails to pay their fee, is unable to rebook an appointment until the fee is paid. This policy is set in place to ensure that the few available appointments are not wasted.

We are relocating to the Leura/Katoomba area at the end of this month. I’ll still be taking clients and you’re more than welcome to follow us up if you would like to. ...
