25.01.2022 Luke Heggie is one of Australias most in-demand and recognisable stand-up comedians. Luke has won numerous awards including the Comedians Choice Award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. 24.01.2022 Wednesday 23 September there will be a NAIDOC BBQ Breakfast in the Courtyard at The Kodja Place and Kojonup Visitor Centre. Early birds are welcome from 5.00 am. Wrist bands will be available from Event organisers if you DO NOT wish to have your photo taken.

23.01.2022 This year the #Kojonup Twilight Christmas Market is on Saturday 30 November, 4pm-8pm in the Courtyard at The Kodja Place. Come and enjoy a variety of Market Stalls, Food Vans, Live Music and Games. Plus a visit from Santa! Why not bring along a picnic blanket and enjoy your dinner amongst the roses in the middle of the Rose Maze.

17.01.2022 The Hare Orchid (Leporella fimbriata) is flowering at Farrar Reserve. Leporella is Latin for hare and refers to the unusual flowers that resemble a hare. The Hare Orchid flowers between March and June however, individual flowers persist long after fertilisation and are still recognisable as late as August or September. Hare Orchids are widespread throughout the southwest, from Kalbarri to Israelite Bay and also extends through South Australia to Victoria. 03.01.2022 The Common Bunny Orchid (Eriochilus dilatatus subsp. Multiflorus) is flowering now at Myrtle Benn Flora and Fauna Sanctuary. The majority of Eriochilus species flower in Autumn, well before most other WA Orchids have emerged from their summer dormancy. It is one of the first Orchids to appear each year and under ideal conditions, it will bloom in large numbers. The design was created by Kojonup’s Local Noongar Artist, Craig McVee entitled Connecting with Community. The station is located along the Albany Highway, right outside of the Kodja Place Precinct.
