20.01.2022 Comp tip #8 Food tricks and hacks. Moving your macros around and using them in experimental, fun ways can keep you interested, focussed and trick your mind into thinking you are having a treat.... For example, I had a protein, oat shakes, and peanut butter as part of my last prep and dark chocolate in there too. Instead of eating them in the shake, or as 'prescribed ' in the plan, I'd have honey in my coffee and then peanut butter and chocolate like a Reece's cup. It was like I was having 2 desserts. Never felt like I went without! As long as you hit your macros each day, it shouldn't matter how you consume them!
