21.01.2022 This was an absolute labour of love for a dear friend. She was attending a 50th wedding anniversary (yes that 50th is correct!!! ) and I recreated (as best I could) the original wedding cake on the day. Top cake was dark fruitcake, middle white chocolate mud cake and the bottom dark chocolate mud cake.
