At times we may need to refer a person to another practitioner or service that we feel may be of more benefit to a client. This is one of services we refer to - a newly established practice, Adelaide’s first exercise based counselling. Check it out for yourself or your children. Fit n Well is suitable for young people who struggle with depression, bullying, or anxiety.

10.01.2022 The Rewind technique helps clients deal with trauma responses in the way that they at last start being in full control. The memories stop haunting clients and the clients place the traumatic event or series of events into the memory that they can choose to access when they want to, without being surprised (or triggered) by it. A recent client who had only three Rewind sessions with Grace Love, who scored 79 (highly traumatic reactions, in comparision with 0-20 being a normal... response to any difficult situations), ended up to go as low as 12 after just those 3 sessions. This fear-anxiety-trigger free state has been sustained now for over 6 months. This method is evidence based. What is also really useful is that the client does not have to speak about their trauma at all!!! If you want to book a session, please enquire at [email protected]
