21.01.2022 [Second-Hand Uniform Drive - Quality second-hand uniforms required] Dear Kolbe Catholic College families, Through the donation of outgrown or unwanted uniforms you could be helping another Kolbe parent who may be struggling at the moment.... Should you wish to donate any items of uniform, we ask that you launder these and drop them into the uniform bin, located at the top of Gate 2 (by the school crossing), in a sealed plastic bag. Your donations would be greatly appreciated and go a long way in helping fellow Kolbe families during these unprecedented and difficult times.

21.01.2022 [KOLBE STARS] Starting next week students have the opportunity to be nominated for Kolbe Stars. Teachers will acknowledge and nominate achievements or growth in any aspect of schooling life. Each week there will be a recipient from each House who will receive a Canteen Voucher. 20.01.2022 [Live Reporting Accessing Student Results via SEQTA] Please find UPDATED instructions that will enable families to access the results for any Term One assessment where marks have been released. Further results will be released by Subject Teachers following the commencement of Term Two 2021. Families requiring another copy of their SEQTA login details are asked to contact IT Helpdesk at the College.

19.01.2022 [Take What You Need, Give What You Can] Kolbe Catholic College students, Rihan, Kaylee, Aneesah and Nancy are making a difference by targeting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal of ‘Zero Hunger’. As a community we need to stand with others - what makes a community function well is when we come together to help those within our community. It lets people know that they are not alone.. says Rihan.... The girls agreed they were to focus on designing and creating a Roadside Pantry with the philosophy of ‘Take What You Need, Give What You Can’. Rihan, Kaylee, Aneesah and Nancy contacted and met with the Hume Men’s Shed to create and design an appropriate Roadside Pantry that would benefit the community for years to come. The Roadside Pantry is situated at Gate 1 of the College, along Lysterfield Drive, Greenvale Lakes and is open 24/7 so people can visit discretely. The Pantry will be available to those in need up until 18 December and will become a permanent fixture from 18 January next year. Due to COVID-19 we are not currently seeking donations from the public. The health and safety of all community members remains the College’s top priority. As such, the College will ensure the Roadside Pantry is stocked daily, Monday to Friday. Congratulations, Rihan, Kaylee, Aneesah and Nancy. You should be so proud of what you have achieved!

16.01.2022 [Sports Academy - Basketball Tryouts] On Monday afternoon, Kolbe Catholic College held its first ever Basketball Tryouts for Year 7's. The students participated in a range of skill development activities and fundamental movement skills. It was great to see so many Year 7 students showcasing their talents. The next round of tryouts will be held on Monday 15th February, from 3:05pm to 4:00pm in the College Stadium.

Creativity filled the rooms to produce some amazing clay models, which are currently on display in the library for students to view. ... 06.01.2022 [Access 10 Exploration Day] Today, the Access 10 class had the opportunity to participate in a range of activities in order to try new experiences and develop their critical and creative thinking. Students cooked up a storm in our Hospitality Centre, enjoying pizza for morning tea, followed by an introduction to coding and some team based challenges that promoted effective communication and persistence. A great day with lots of enthusiasm.
