Over the break the team has super busy with 3 ongoing large scale projects, consisting of the ‘Pullman Hotel - Façade Remediation’, a brand new ‘NAB Business Banking Centre’ in Hobart, as well as our Residential Renovation in Bellevue Hill: Pullman Hotel - Façade Remediation: 5 month programme which entails the removal of over 1200m2 of ACM (aluminium composite material) to all 5 façades of the hotel, and rep...lacing with 4mm Solid Aluminium Smart Fix fully fabricated cladding modular system with caulk joint system, including sarking and waterproofing works. NAB Business Banking Centre, Hobart Tasmania: 9 week construction programme which entails the complete demolition of the existing tenancy, supply and installation of all partitioning works, feature ceilings, feature wall panelling, floor finishes consisting of vinyl, carpet, and tiling throughout, then finished off with paint works to the entire Business Banking Centre. Bellevue Hill: 3 month high end residential renovation programme entailing, demolition of selected areas within the home and landscaped areas, supply and installation of all new joinery items throughout the home, including kitchen, study, kids joinery, BBQ joinery units, modification to existing concrete stair case and balustrades, all floor coverings, new fire place which included, new polished plaster board walls for TV Units Rockcote Otsumigaki finish, Stone Cladding all around to existing fire box with Travertine, new wine cabinets and wine fridges, plus painting throughout the home, all electrical, as well as hydraulic and mechanical works. This one is located in the newly developed, Parramatta Square, NSW Construction start date: 7th August 2020, PC date: 21st September 2020. The project scope entails the supply and installation of the entire shopfront, which consists of frameless curved glass panels, together with an 8m long double telescopic automatic sliding door all hung from a s...teel structure executed by Komad. In addition, we will also be carrying out all partitioning works, feature ceilings, feature wall panelling, floor finishes consisting of vinyl, carpet, and tiling throughout, then finishing off with paint works to the entire branch. All of which will deliver a new open plan retail bank, featuring multiple meeting rooms, ATM bunker, tellers, discreet and casual meeting spaces, BOH workspaces, and BOH bathrooms.
