20.01.2022 Trusting nature. http://www.washingtonpost.com//why-you-should-stop-giving/

19.01.2022 Wow with this cold snap even in my warm cozy house the Kombucha is taking longer to brew. It think it likes taking things slowly like me in winter. Anyway half the batch was bottled today some with this beautiful ginger. The rest will be bottled Wednesday.

18.01.2022 New batch in the fridge for anyone wanting kombutcha this week. I must say it is much slower to ferment in this cold weather.

15.01.2022 Might try watermelon and mint next batch, and perhaps cinnamon, ginger and star anise. Any other interesting flavour combinations to share?

15.01.2022 Kombucha is great as part of the journey to restoring gut and overall health. The other part of they journey is removing those foods with damage.

15.01.2022 The summary... Grass fed red meat eaten with at least 5 vege a day is not cancer causing. Processed meats with fries thats a different diet and another story.

13.01.2022 On the road to health I have found this research some of the best. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGpDduReFOw

13.01.2022 New batch almost ready just one more day of the second ferment. Then it will be happily stored in the fridge. Just love the amber colour in the sunlight.

13.01.2022 New batch ready in the fridge, just let me know if youd like to collect any this week. I have natural and ginger flavours this week.

13.01.2022 Well the Kombucha seems to know spring is in the air and the ferment time is quicker than over the cold of winter, meaning plenty of kombucha to go around. My favourite combination at the moment is ginger with some raisins for extra fizz. Appologies to those wanting a lesson, there has just been too much going on in our household to be quite that organised.

12.01.2022 Wow this is amazing off to Baxter to buy more yummy organic strawberries for another batch.

12.01.2022 The time to brew Kombucha takes longer as the weather cools. For those waiting for the next batch fingers crossed it is ready before our Tassie trip.

12.01.2022 How do you enjoy your Kombucha in Summer? 50/50 with mineral water is my current fav.

11.01.2022 This is a good week to stock up on Kombucha as we are out and about a lot on the first two weeks of December.

11.01.2022 Kombucha flavours this month are raspberry, ginger, apple and original. I now have increased the brew and am in need of more bottles. Please save one litre glass bottles with a wide neck as Im running a little short. thanks Jackie

10.01.2022 This weeks batch is all Ginger.

09.01.2022 Now the weather has truly turned to winter Kombucha batches are taking about 14days. Being a natural product it is just a influenced by mother nature as our gardens are at this time of year.

09.01.2022 Brewing a few of my favs this week. I think it tastes like cider. Yummo. Contains organic apple juice.

05.01.2022 happy New Year. did anyone else see the new year in with a glass of Kombucha instead of a wine?

04.01.2022 Kombucha lesson today. Keep 1/4 of last batch of kombucha here about 300ml. Include some SCOBY. Brew your tea here about 900ml with 4 teabags and about 13 cup sugar. Once tea is room temperature add to jar. Cover with cloth check in about one week. Your nose will know if it smells ready. Then decant off 34 for second ferment and start again..... These jars are amazing for starting a new brew. Thank you Desi.

04.01.2022 A straight forward list of reasons to remove gluten, followed by wheat belly video. I really like William Daviss research. http://eatlocalgrown.com//15130-sign-of-gluten-intolerance

04.01.2022 Did you know we have set up a farm gate stand now. My daughter is selling free range eggs and I am putting any of the Summers Surplus fruit out also. https://www.facebook.com/homefarmgate

04.01.2022 The weather is warming up and batches are now taking 8-9 days. Im going to check when the raspberry farm has a fresh raspberries this week. Its time for Raspberry Kombucha I think.

03.01.2022 Long science article attached for those interested. The short of it it that the Kombucha helps to ensure mineral absorption and trace elements even when you are subjected to electromagnetic radiation, which our everyday lives are now awash with. http://www.sciencedirect.com//article/pii/S1687850713000149

03.01.2022 With the warm weather the brew is fermenting quickly so lots of extra at the moment. 2 x 1.25 l bottles for $10, ginger flavour. Due the the extra I am recycling plastic 1.25L mineral water bottles, if you would like glass you will need to bring your own about 8 days in advance. As always all money goes to tree planting on our property.

02.01.2022 Its tree planting time. This year we plan on planting 400metres of local native trees along one of the property boundarys. to pay for the trees I am trading 2 litres of Kombutcha for $10 towards our tree fund.

01.01.2022 After an amazing family holiday we are home. Tasmania was amazing and there is definately something very healing about mixing a family camping adventure with so much beautiful nature and fresh air. My Kombucha had a lovely rest whilst we were away and am now getting the brew up and going again. It will take a couple of weeks to get everything back to a good amount of product. Remember its 2 litres for $10 and all the money goes towards purchaise of trees for our property. Last year over 80 new trees were planted including oaks, silver birch and almonds. This year we aim to get hundreds of native trees in, more oaks and some willows. ... Jackie
