23.01.2022 Fabricated HDPE water tanks for council spray trucks A local council required some custom tanks to achieve a specific weight and capacity for their cleaning trucks. We used CAD to determine the correct size and then fabricated these tanks with inlets and outlets as well a sight glass window for water level. 20.01.2022 Some large polypropylene tank liners recently completed for a north coast customer. These are 8.5m long x 2.7m tall in 12mm thick PP sheet. 15.01.2022 Some sneeze screens recently installed at an office in Campbelltown. These guys see a lot of customers during the day so some custom designed acrylic screens were required to keep staff and customers safe.

08.01.2022 We just finished this installation of Polycarbonate screens for a customer in Casula. The brief was for a weatherproof screen on both the rear deck opening and front gates, glass wasn't an option so UV coated Polycarbonate was chosen. The customer requested that the front gates were not damaged during installation so custom mounts were designed and 3D printed to avoid drilling into the iron frame. All cutouts for latch and hinges completed on site to ensure correct fitment. We think the results speak for themselves

06.01.2022 Customer had some large water tanks with bottom outlets that were no longer wanted. Filled them up with molten HDPE, nothing coming out here anymore!

03.01.2022 These LLDPE baskets came in with severe damage and basically ready to fall apart. We cleaned and chamfered the splits and extrusion welded back together using white LLDPE.
