25.01.2022 KK8’s KRECHE will be starting from next MONDAY for our 9:35am classes Now, I know that a lot of you joined our bootcamp for the reason that you can bring your child without needing to put them into a day care/crèche, and I understand, that’s all ok!... However I know quite a few of you could really use a hand in keeping an eye on the kids, making sure they don’t go too far away from you/out of sight, or maybe you have the opposite problem where they are in your way and won’t leave you alone! This is where my mum, Kerrie comes in. With 15 years childcare experience behind her, she knows what kids can be like She will be there to keep an eye on your youngsters on a separate court. Your kids can take their toys, scooters & food over there and play. Mum will be bringing fun activities to do if they choose to, like play dough, blocks, dolls... Something new each week and we can see what they enjoy! There will also be a play pen for the bubs that are beginning to crawl (again, it’s optional and your welcome to try it out and see how they go!) Remember, the child minding is optional, however as our group grows it’s becoming apparent the kids need their own area/space to play so we can train optimally. Crèche days will be Mondays & Wednesday’s and are at no extra charge to you. It’s included in your membership Let me know if you have any questions below. The kids will be near you if they need you, but we want to encourage them to do their own thing away from you so you can actually keep your heart rate up and not need to help them every few minutes

11.01.2022 Our mums have loved having their kids minded this Week! Some of the feedback I’ve had the best workout as I haven’t had to stop or worry about my crawling bub... It’s so nice to get fully immersed into the session, knowing your child is taken care of They loved it! Lots of fun for them, and I didn’t need to bring all their things! This week they played with play dough, read books, played games, played shopping/kitchen & more- And the bubs were happy to lay/sit on the rug with the entertainment Child minding is included in our memberships & is optional Reach out today to get started with your fitness before another year is over! 06.01.2022 Imogen I can’t believe what a transformation KommandoK8 fitness has had on my life... 1 year post partum I was getting too comfortable, being a couch potato but also being really uncomfortable in my body. I thought pregnancy would change my body forever but I was so wrong. I came across K8’s bootcamp classes on Facebook and starting out with her was a game changer.... I had previously had many gym memberships but never been as determined as I am now to look after my body, exercise and eat better. She has taught me how to love training and taught me many tips and tricks to change my eating habits that really hasn’t even been that dramatic of a change. I now train 5 days a week and love going to bootcamps and training alongside other amazing people and bringing my daughter along is such a big bonus and so helpful to mum life. I couldn’t recommended KommandoK8 highly enough, she is an amazing personal trainer! See more

03.01.2022 Kristen What can I say....8 weeks challenge done and dusted. Feeling pretty bloody amazing & super proud of myself.... I’ve never done anything like this before & boy I’m super glad I did. It’s been the kick in the arse that I’ve needed to bring positiveness into my life & more focus on me. Not going to lie it was hard work tracking my food intake & keeping on track, but now that I’ve finished I feel like I can notice food values in my head. I have found that I’m eating balanced, fuelling meals that are seriously delicious and I don’t need to snack all day like I used to. I know how to fuel my body properly to feel good and get the energy I need to look after a busy toddler. One thing I really liked about the challenge was that it wasn’t a diet! The choice of what I ate was mine & I loved this so much. No restrictions & lots of positive motivation, support & advice from Katelyn along the way. Reflecting back on some goals of what i wanted to achieve from this was to have more energy, feel good about myself physically and be a better mum for it. I can absolutely say I feel like I have achieved this ten fold. Here’s to kicking goals!
