25.01.2022 Writer’s block making it hard to create content worth sharing? Before you outsource your content creation, there’s one thing you can do to make it easy for you to come up with ideas that engage and convert ... and which make outsourcing do the same if you still choose to hand it over. The reason you suffer blocks might not be a mystery. It’s frustrating when the ideas don’t flow, but it’s usually because the big bold brand idea isn’t superstar solid.... That’s not unusual. Everyone knows what they do and how to explain it. But coming up with a concept that creates insights and sparks the imagination and gets people (including yourself) excited is hard when you’re so close to it. It is also the most important part of any successful brand. And you have the embers of it inside you ... they just need to be teased out so they can become a flame. With that the ideas will all come because they are anchored in something juicy and meaningful and courageous and true! Nobody can create great content unless there is a concept to act as a springboard. Not you. Not anyone you hire. Unless they are a creative brand story specialist and copywriter who can find those embers and turn them into flames. Like me. happy to chat.

It means accepting that earning an income that lets you do what you want is more than ok. It means being open to your superpowers - and a bolder true idea of what you do and the ripple effect you create for good. But it’s not hard. It’s fun. It’s personal. The process lights you up. The work energises you as a result. It connects with people who you can most help. It makes all the difference to your growth and confidence and ... energy. Helping you search and find and see and embrace and embody and articulate that story is what I do. Once you create that, the competition no longer exists, because you are different and everyone gets that. Your ideal clients love you for it. How does it show up in little and big ways? How does it feel for them to be stuck where they are? How do they want to feel? What results would they rather be seeing? 01.01.2022 I’m putting my hand up to admit something. I used to play small. I was terrified of speaking my mind. I hated speaking up in meetings. I admired colleagues who could stand up and give presentations, and conference goers who had the courage to take the floor mic to ask a question of the on-stage panel. ... I couldn’t do any of it. I was mortified. My heart is racing now at the memory of my terror! When I look back at myself now and try and understand it, it’s like looking at a different person. I love showing up and sharing my ideas now. I know what changed. I made a conscious decision to see myself differently. I made a conscious effort to push myself out of my comfort zone. And I developed a mindset shift to help myself find the courage to find my voice, own my truth, and let go of the fear of being judged and misunderstood and not good enough. Your next leap into your highest self positioning is essentially about becoming objective about your amazing capacity to make a greater difference than you currently see ... owning it, articulating it compellingly, and embodying it so you can make your mark in a way that lights you up and brings you money that equates to freedom!
