22.01.2022 Thank you for contacting Kontour for your special occasion makeup. Upon booking a makeup application with Kendal@Kontour, it is the responsibility of the client who books to understand, agree and be responsible for the following TERMS & CONDITIONS including all payments made by specified dates: MAKING A BOOKING - Booking a makeup application can be made up to 1 day before if places are still available. Booking is fully secure upon notification of payment of a deposit. WEDDIN...G MAKEUP BOOKINGS - Weddings dates are not held under any circumstance without the non-refundable\ transferable deposit of $150.00, which is deducted from your total amount, (further T&C apply to Wedding bookings, please inquire with Kontour). FORMAL & SPECIAL OCCASION MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS - All makeup appointments and bridal trials require a $50 deposit, and a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. If no deposit is taken at the time of booking your makeup appointment, then a cancellation fee still applies if less than 48 hours notice is given. PAYMENT - The balance stated is to be finalised the week or day of your makeup appointment or wedding booking. Payment types include, Direct Deposit into nominated account and cash. Should direct deposit payment method be chosen, you are required to show proof of payment receipt provided to you by your bank. CANCELLED BOOKINGS - To secure your booking, payment is required in full at the time of booking. If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup application, please notify us in accordance with the details listed in the Services above. At that time, we will reschedule your booking or refund your full deposit. Kontour is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on the client to notify Kontour if you or others included in your booking have particular hypersensitivity that you/ they are aware of. Should you bring your own product that you are familiar with, Kontour would be happy to use the product. An application of false lashes are included in the makeup booking - they are complimentary, and are your choice to have them applied or not. Discounts are not given if you choose not to have them applied. Kontour reserves the right to refuse service on anyone displaying skin lesions, cold sores, eye infections, head lice or someone who has fresh cuts/ bruising from any facial or neck surgery. Kontour may use your photographs or images for facebook, website or portfolio and any promotions. 18.01.2022 WOOHHH!! I AM BACK... with a little more confirmation - as from the 16th of May, Kontour will be OPEN. Still making sure I’m following the rules & regulations. 17.01.2022 DON’T STRESS !!! Kontour is still operating as normal, and all bookings remain unchanged at this time. But PLEASE, if you have been overseas recently (or have been in close contact with someone that has), have a temperature, have flu like symptoms or generally feeling unwell, it would be best to contact me early to reschedule/cancel your appointment. 16.01.2022 It hurts me to post this, knowing it’s breaking my heart as well as my clients... Due to the recent restrictions imposed by the federal government around COVID-19, regrettably it is not safe for me or my clients to continue to operate Kontour at this present time. (Effective midnight Wednesday) I appreciate the love, support and messages that I have been receiving over the past couple of weeks. Nothing saddens me more, then to close the doors on my business for now & unti...l further notice. Your future business is important to me and once government restrictions are lifted, I will be in touch with you to secure your special occasion.
