Doing this to the meat releases all its flavour and helps it cook faster. Cooking the meat faster results in a healthy, tasty, and fresh meal prepared in less than 5 minutes. Here at Koobida: Everything is sourced from the local market and prepared on a daily basis.... Nothing is pre-cooked There are NO preservatives in the food There is NO oil used to cook the meat The meat is grilled using an open flame The flame cooks the meat from above, so the oils and fats from the meat do not burn and the meat does not get charred There is NO deep frying of the meat There is NO mayonnaise All sauces and base spreads are made with yoghurt The whole meal is prepared before your eyes. 03.01.2022 I've just thoroughly enjoyed my meal from Koobida BBQ for about the 10th time in the last month (since I discovered the greatest take away restaurant in Melbour...ne) and EVERY time it's better than the last. Fresh and extremely tasty. The guys are fantastic and cook the meat to perfection. You will not find better value along with fulfilling food for the money. I sound like I work there! I don't! And try everything! 11/10! See more
