Add Coriander to salads, juices, pesto, soups, dips, dressings etc but some people can have adverse reactions so be careful. Try some for your next meal - it tastes yummy and is easy to grow. 22.01.2022 I like this. So many times people ask me "how did this happen?" They eat badly and drink fizzy drinks then - oh dear I'm not well. Dr has given me pills and I don't want them.

20.01.2022 Just spent the day with Professor Kerry Bone Herbalist extraordinaire. Author, Co-Founder and Director MediHerb. Just one of the many seminars I have to do during the year so my clients can get their rebate. Long day but very interesting,

07.01.2022 ROSEMARY: Experts claim that in order to enjoy the benefits of Rosemary, you should diffuse a few drops of high-quality organic essential oil using a diffuser. You can also simply place the plant by the desk in the office or somewhere in the house. To keep your brain sharp all the time, you can mix a drop of Rosemary oil in a teaspoon of coconut oil and carry it in a small cosmetic tin in your bag. Then, rub a bit on the wrists. Rosemary infused Olive Oil made by Koojedda Country is perfect for cooking or adding to a bath. In a warm bath add Epsom Salts, Rosemary Essential oil and Lavender Essential oil and you will get the best sleep.

09.12.2021 Just to keep you updated as to what I am doing these days. I run a clinic at home on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9.30am to 4pm. Call me for an appointment. Also I have a clinic in Merredin at the Dimensions Cafe & Wellness Center every fortnight. Call Di for an appointment. My aim is to help you back to wellness so that you can gain your health and energy through food. With a couple of months of supplements while we do this to help you on your way. Remembering that it tak...es 1 month of healing for each year of disease/condition. First consultation is for 1 hour at $80 then subsequent consultations are for 1/2 hour at $45. If you have private health insurance you can claim a rebate. Usually I only see clients on a monthly basis as it takes a little time to see or feel a change. Depending how quickly you want to change things. See more

22.11.2021 HAVE YOU HAD A JUICE TODAY? Juicing is an easy way to guarantee that you will reach your daily target of vegetables. Very few people do. There are 3 main reasons why you may want to consider vegetable juicing: 1) It allows you to absorb all the nutrients from vegetables. 2) It allows you to consume an optimal amount of vegetables in an efficient manner.... 3) You can add a larger variety of vegetable than you could eat. It is important to remember that vegetable juicing has very little protein and virtually no fat so therefore is not a complete meal. Don't use juicing as a meal replacement but consume with your meal or as a between meal snack. Wash all vegetable and fruit before juicing. Juice carrot, celery and a green apple - no ice - this is known as a detox juice but is very nice.

10.11.2021 Just a thought.

30.10.2021 Isn't it amazing how we always go back to what is right. Just have to try things out on the way.

28.10.2021 OSTEOPOROSIS: I have had quite a few older people asking about Osteoporosis treatment over the past few weeks. OSTEOPOROSIS occurs when there is a loss of calcium and other minerals from your bones which undermines the normal bone structure and strength. OSTEOPOROSIS is often referred to as the "silent disease" as there may be no indication that a loss of bone density is happening until a fracture occurs. A loss of bone density can also cause pain, immobility causing a loss... of independence During your growth years calcium and other minerals from your diet form the foundation of strong health bones. Most of this during your 20's. Dark green vegetables, sardines, nuts and seeds as well as dairy products build strong bones. Moderate sun exposure giving you adequate Vit D is crucial and regular weight bearing exercise is a solid foundation to skeletal health. During your 30's your mineral density starts to decrease. Smoking, bad diet and excessive alcohol plus lack of exercise doesn't help. You can reverse this or at least holt the progression of decreasing bone density. Call for a consult if you have been identified by your Bone Density results to begin correcting your levels. See more

21.10.2021 Once upon a time this happened. Try and have a bowl of salad daily with at least 6 different foods in it. Dress (if desired) with lemon juice, olive oil, cracked pepper and crushed garlic all to taste. All raw - easier for the liver to deal with.

07.10.2021 The best way to a healthy lifestyle is with food. You can take all sorts of supplements but you need to be working on your diet and lifestyle. It isn't that hard if you work on one thing at a time. Looking at changing everything at the same time isn't possible. Believe me - I have tried it. This clinic sees that sadly a lot of people don't know how to eat properly. You don't know what you don't know. Looking at one meal at a time is the simplest way. We start with breakfast and when that is sorted we move on. Adding supplement for a couple of months is often needed to get started but food will take over. In the mean time you must get into the habit of drinking 2 Lt of water daily.
