25.01.2022 Parent Management Committee will meet tomorrow at 3.30pm. We have a new dedicated committee meeting space in the back room. Accessible via the gated porch on the left hand side of the building. Everyone welcome. Kids welcome but we ask that children not enrolled for tomorrow play in the seperate play area under parental supervision. On the agenda: fundraising disco planning, staff recruitment and organisational changes to the preschool.

23.01.2022 Hi everyone, Julia here, I am the president of the Kookaburra Parent Management Committee. As you know, our AGM will be held on Wednesday the 14th of March at 7pm. Kookaburra Kindy needs your help! We don't yet have enough nominations for the committee and without a committee Kookaburra Kindy legally can't remain open. Have a look at the different roles and responsibilities. We will be accepting nominations on the night. If you are interested in joining the committee but can...'t attend Wednesday night please let Kerrie know asap. Thank you!

23.01.2022 This page is fairly boring compared to the main Kookaburra page which we share with the entire Kookaburra Team. This page is run purely by the Parent Management Committee and we will use it for the occasional announcement. Community members wishing to contact the Parent Management Committee can do so via this page.

21.01.2022 As of this afternoon Cass Bradshaw has stepped down as secretary. We'd like to thank Cass for the time and energy she has put into the role. Jane Slattery will act as interim Secretary while we determine next steps.

19.01.2022 Term 3 starts tomorrow, Monday 17th and it looks like the weather is going to be a bit chilly, so don't forget to pack some warm clothes for outdoor play. We look forward to seeing you all again - Kerrie, Rhonda, Jen, Nikki, Molly & Sarah.

19.01.2022 Welcome families to 2017! We are looking forward to another year at Kookaburra. This page is a way for the parent management committee to keep in contact directly with families attending Kookaburra Kindy. We will be announcing the date for the upcoming AGM soon! All positions will be available for nomination.

11.01.2022 The parent management committee would like to announce the resignation of our director Kerri-Anne. We wish her well with her future endeavours. Thank you Kerri-Anne for all your hard work. Her last day at Kookaburra will be April 28th.

07.01.2022 Reminder! Committee meeting Wednesday afternoon, 4-5pm at the BANC meeting room. Kids are welcome. If you would like anything added to the agenda please comment below or email the preschool.

07.01.2022 Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 23rd of March at 4pm. All positions are open for nomination. The committee is a great way to be involved in the running of the preschool. (Kids welcome!) Each meeting business relating to the preschool, changes, finances and policies are discussed. We also discuss and plan fundraising. ... If you are keen to join the committee but are not ready for the responsibility of one of the bigger roles we suggest joining the general committee where you can participate in the running of fundraising activities.

06.01.2022 Kookaburra parent management committee meets next Wednesday the 9th of August 4-5pm. We are looking into meeting at the BANC instead of Kookaburra. They have grown up sized chairs there!!
