25.01.2022 Were very sorry but unfortunately the water pump on the machine has decided to quit on us. The timing couldnt be worse being our busiest period and the closures due to Christmas. We are sourcing a new pump as we speak and will try to be up and running ASAP but until then the machine will be out of order. Apologies for the inconvenience and we hope you have a very Merry Christmas. Thank you

17.01.2022 Over the past few weeks you may have experienced an issue with our machine. It has been having little moments of unwellness and like all of us, doesnt feel like working when not being 100%. A couple of days ago, Dr KoolerIce gave the machine an injection of love (software upgrade), and the machine seems to be running better. We would like to apologise to anyone who experienced an issue over this time and thank you for your continued support. As always, please contact us if you have any problems with the machine,

We ordered a new pump on Christmas Eve when the existing one failed, and are still waiting for it to arrive. 12.01.2022 We have been advised that Telstra is currently experiencing network outages across Australia. As a result our Nayax units may be affected by this outage and may not connect to the network. As this stage, we dont have an estimated time for resolution, but units should come online once network is restored.... PLEASE NOTE: Cash only transactions are not affected Thank you
