25.01.2022 This new Butchery in a Suburban Melbourne Shopping Centre, selected the Vogtland F Range of display cabinets, which were recently supplied and installed by Koologik. The Vogtland range is available as a traditional fan forced option, or now it is also available as a 100% Static option. This means that there are no fans to force air over the meat, therefore you do not need to cover your meat with film, and there is minimal drying out. The Cold plate is 3 trays deep as well. This store has a two sided Semi Multideck Cabinet and a 4 door upright Freezer both with Remote Condensing Units. 14.01.2022 This is a recent installation that was completed by Stratton Global in the Shoalhaven area. Sourced directly from Europe, this cabinet presents very well in this butchery with exceptional presentation of the products on display. This is due to the modern design which includes flat front glass and LED lighting. This cabinet is available in either Plug in or Remote options and also included in the range is 45 corner cabinets, 90 corner cabinets, Hot Bain Marie's and Seafood Cabinets. 11.01.2022 This is an all new design of Meat Display Cabinet recently supplied and installed in Butchery in the Sutherland Shire by Koologik. This cabinet is sourced from Europe and has 100% Static cooling (Cold plate on the base and Cross Fin Coil at the top). With this type of Cabinet, there is no need to Cover your meat with clear film, as there are no fans at all in this design to dry the meat out.
