If you have an elderly at home needing some exercise, please play this video for them. This seated chair exercise routine is a perfect way for seniors, those with limited mobility or balance to develop their cardio fitness, muscular strength & flexibility. Seniors can still stay active at home.

To make sure we are following the social distancing guidelines, we will only allow 3 families at one time to enter the garden. Once the children are done with the egg hunt, they can exit through the back gate (behind the graffiti wall).
