14.01.2022 Hi everyone, New Vintage HMB is remaining open for all your hair needs..... until the current situation changes . As of 12pm on Monday March 23 all non-essential services will be closed, including pubs & restaurants. However, shopping centres and supermarkets are not subject to the new restrictions and services such as hairdressers can remain open. Social distancing is still advised and many establishments are reassuring clients that they're stepping up their hygiene protocol...s. Mark Rippon from the Hair and Beauty Industry Association (Australia) told news.com.au that there's a strong focus on the safety of workers and clients. Salons are disinfecting all frequently touched objects and surfaces continuously throughout the day," he told the publication. All staff are using alcohol-based hand sanitisers before and after treatments and have it on hand for customers too. Many hairdressers have also binned communal items like magazines and have started using gloves and masks. New Vintage is..... 1. Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces. 2. Avoiding close contact with people who are sick 3. Asking everyone entering the salon to please wash their hands before taking a seat, as a first precaution. 4. I will continue working with one client only at a time as usual. During these challenging times, I will continue to provide great hair for Kooralbyn. As we work through this together, I appreciate that those who may not be feeling well and staying home and look forward to having you all back soon.
