You will get an email everyday if you have mail or parcels in store. This helps with self isolation. For those of you who don’t have PO Box’s I urge you to please sign up.... 17.01.2022 KOORDA Post Office is closed due to a computer malfunction, the problem is being rectified as quickly as possible. We hope to be up and running by Monday afternoon. Sorry for the inconvenience. Will place medications and parcels in PO Box’s where possible, please call me for anything else where I can do cash. Ph 0498137218... 11.01.2022 Coranavirus update The Post Office will remain open for all services including banking, bill payments etc, we have ramped up the cleaning and have marked the floors with safe distancing for everyone. We are still selling coffee but take away only. We have icy cold drinks available.... We are offering delivery of mail, medication and sales in town for those of you who are unwell or don’t want to come out into the community. Remember you can order anything from catalogues it only takes a few days for stock to come through. Give me a call if I can help you.

02.01.2022 Dear Customers, We are wanting to update you about the steps Koorda Post Office is taking in relation to coronavirus (COVID-19) now even more so that it has been declared a pandemic. We know that many of you have already taken steps to ensure your family's wellbeing. I want to assure you that we are committed to being your partner in helping to keep you, your family, and ourselves safe and healthy.... We have been carefully monitoring guidance from the Health Department and strictly following recommendations in relation to self-quarantine and personal hygiene of ourselves. We've implemented several changes for ourselves, including practising social distancing and adopting very rigorous hand and personal cleanliness regime. Within our store, we are focused on protecting your health and the health of ourselves. We practise cleaning procedures throughout the entire store. We are regularly sanitising the touch points in our store such as rails and counters and the EFT touch pad and other surfaces. We ask of our customers to please keep at least 1 metre distance from each other and try to use payWave to limit contact on touchpad. We also ask if you are unwell to please call us on (08) 96841224 and we can arrange delivery. With your help and cooperation we will be able to continue to keep the Koorda Post Office open.
