Tiddalick is a dreamtime story about a... frog who drank all the water in the billabong. The other animals were unhappy with Tiddalick drinking all the water so came up with a plan to make him laugh. They thought, if they could make him laugh, all the water would rush out of his stomach and mouth and back into the billabong.
