20.01.2022 Continuing with our virtual trip of Australia, we are back in WA at Lancelin...only a 90 minute drive north of Perth and one of the state’s best kept holiday secrets. WA locals and international tourists fall fast for its crisp white dunes, clean beaches and relaxed seaside lifestyle. It has become one of Australia’s favourite sandboarding destinations with white sand dunes 3 stories high, you can access the dunes with your car as long (so you don’t get off the road).... He was always full of ideas...some worked well, some didnt. The t-shirt he is wearing in the pic is a surf brand he started that he hoped would run with the likes of Rip Curl. It didnt. 16.01.2022 Do you exercise when you’re on holidays? A lot of people say I’m crazy for running and pushing my limits when I’m on holidays, but I find it so good for my mental health. AND...will you look at the view here - this just does not compare to my regular run around the Maribrynong river at home . ... If I start my day off with a challenge and conquer it, I feel invincible for the rest of the day and achieve so much more. Of course there are some types of holidays (i.e. girls weekends ) where there is just no space in my suitcase for runners!

(Praying it’s only 5 days) If you have been watching my daily stories, I’ve been documenting each run to keep me accountable.
