Not long after we started using the orthodox blend in 2017, we got crowned best flat white in Darwin as voted by @thentnews judges. And just last week, we were again voted Best Coffee in NT by the @thentnews readers. Still using the same great tasting Orthodox blend!

05.01.2022 On a random Friday afternoon, we CUP. We are very fortunate to meet Sharon Jan who is one of the most influential icon in the Australian Industry. Shaz is a food technologist, Coffee Q grader and a Green bean buyer. She has spent the years travelling to coffee origins and has a vast knowledge behind her. It was a very last minute event, but together, we manage to gather 10 different single origin coffees from @st_ali , @sevenmilescoffeeroasters @onacoffee and @dtowncoffee ...and held a cupping session with the Kopi Team and a few keen friends. Cupping is the industry standard for coffee quality evaluations, and a great way to learn more about coffee Thank you so much for spending your time with us and sharing your knowledge! Anyone else keen on cupping? Let us know.
