This should be the last question you ask Firstly, find out what is the mindset of your property manager? ... Does your property manager have his/her own investment property? Do they really understand the emotional and mental stress of owning an investment property of what if we have bad tenants...what if they don’t pay the rent .. what if the property stays vacant for a long time.. etc. Does your property manager understand you? Or are they just ticking a box and going through a process? There are always exception to the rule and I personally know some amazing property managers who do not have their own investment property - they are the exceptions...
