17.01.2022 Today, the 9th of September is my now 3 year old brothers birthday! When he was a baby my brother went through an extremely scary state, he had a dramatic weight loss and for a long time we thought he wasn't going to make it. Thankfully he has overcome it and Leon is now a happy healthy boy, who loves dinosaurs.... Leon was the reason I started Kords by Kensa in the first place, he has changed me and my family for the best. Kensa

My special edition Christmas design is a mixture of bright red and green and a white just like the traditional Christmas colours. I’ve made this special Christmas cord tie for babies born around Christmas time and it’s available in my shop now.... Kensa

05.01.2022 There is no research to suggest that cord ties need to be sterilised, however just as you will probably want to wash any new clothes you get for your baby before she or he wears them, you may want to wash the cord tie in the same way and allow it to dry. You may see instructions on the internet suggesting sterilisation by pouring boiling water over the cord tie and let it soak for a few minutes, then put it in a zip lock bag, and keep it in the freezer until you need it. However it’s worth noting that unless the bag and any other items that come in contact with the cord tie are sterile, then sterilisation cannot be acheived. Kensa
