25.01.2022 Back to barbell front squats, just changing my arm position on this one. Taking 100kg for a few sets. Strength solves a lot of problems.

24.01.2022 A good kettlebell combo; get a heavy kb, I did it with 32s. Goblet squat to triple ext. swing, 10/10 Push-up to renegade row, 12/12, with 10 push-up at the end. Do 5-6 rounds, or more.

11.01.2022 Trying a new exercise I saw the other day; it’s a combination of neck and back extension. It’s an Olympic wrestling exercise.

07.01.2022 Almost locked that 200kgs if it wasn’t for my grip, more chalk next time. Note to self, don’t lift heavy after two lazy weeks you might get injured, ...too late.

06.01.2022 Having a strong neck is important. You dont have to be a fighter or a rugby player to train your neck. This is neck training day.

05.01.2022 This is a joint mobility, as coach Steve Maxwell calls it the fountain of youth routine. You can do this first thing in the morning or before and after your workouts or as many times as you want during the day. Joint mobility is key to keeping the body healthy and active. As we get older simple things like bending down, running around with the kids can become difficult and even painful, ensuring you do daily joint mobility will allow you to continue doing functional tasks easily and without limitations. Try it.
