17.01.2022 Day 9 I’ve been nominated by Master to perform 25 push-ups over 25 days to raise awareness of things like PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), anxiety and depression that encourage people to commit Induce suicide. I hope we can reach as many people as possible and thus raise awareness of everyone suffering from mental illness. You are not alone and we are here for you.... 9 , 25 25 . .

15.01.2022 Yes, we are open tomorrow and all classes resuming as timetabled. Eased restrictions for Greater Brisbane will be in place from 11 January to 1am 22 January. New restrictions our indoor training will require participates to wear a mask. Children under 12 years are and people affected by a medical condition are exempt.... (We encourage children to still attempt to wear mask) We look forward to seeing you all back in this week. Thank you for your cooperation.
