Learn how to set and achieve goals Control my depression Increase confidence Develop discipline Beat addictions Most people don’t realise that training the body in extension, trains the mind Early on I found that by doing more reps or weight than previously thought possible, you end up increasing your confidence in your competence to achieve tasks greater than your current level We know that if you don’t believe something will work then your actions will follow .
