Senior Stylist's- qualified for 5+year's , continue to upskill and attend atleast 2 trainings per year. Alison Stylist- newly qualified in the last 2 years, continuing to upskill and perfect all techniques, attends training and is training in salon by senior staff. Emily Emerging Stylist- within 1 year of qualifying, perfecting techniques, timing and all round skills, attends training and trained by senior staff. Taylor Junior Stylist- working their way through the Hairdressing apprenticeship, gaining as much experience as they can. Assisting all staff in salon.
