15.01.2022 Your new guide to social media lingo. I feel like I throw a lot of social media terms out there and don’t often explain what they mean. Why are they so important? Being aware of and addressing these pain points are crucial to drawing customers to your business. ... You show off your expertise, solve a problem they often face specific to the service they are looking for and they know they’re in capable hands choosing your service. 13.01.2022 So I’ve been missing for a while (whoops) Reason being? When I launched Kosi Media we had just gone into lockdown. I was able to pour so much time and effort into my own content and I thrived in it. But when lockdown ended, I had to seriously set aside time for friends, family and myself. To be quite honest? I was pretty tired of being on my phone everyday. ... So I focused on what needed to be done, my client content and engagement and my personal life - and I feel so much better for it. So much so, I’m back and overflowing with social media tips and tricks that I think you guys are going to love In the meantime, I’d love your tips on tricks on maintaining a healthy work/life balance

12.01.2022 Let’s talk content. Your stories, your posts and captions. Do you only post pictures of your work? Either current or previous projects? It’s probably working really well. But you probably want it to do better. The thing is, there’s a lot more to post on your business account than just what you do. (Let me fill you in) It’s true- your business account needs to hold a good portfolio of your work. Hear me out thoughit isn’t the ONLY content you can post.... Think about it, how many times have you come on social media for some inspiration? To compare businesses? To find an expert? We use it for a whole lot more than just looking at other people’s work. So I encourage you to broaden your content. Put yourself in your customers shoes and create some informative, helpful and personal content, trust me it’s worth it. If you need a hand, ask me about customised content calendars (they’re a game changer). See more

09.01.2022 I was so suss on reels. I mean dancing round and pointing in front of a camera, isn’t really my kinda thing, and I don’t think it’s yours either. But here’s the thing. It’s the best way to reach out to your audience and you don’t even have to learn a dance routine [how good] There’s a lot of different ways to make the most of reels, from meet the teams to mini advertisements, you can use a compilation of small videos and pictures so you don’t even have to show your face alt...hough we do recommend doing that once in a while. You’ll be seeing a lot more reels from Kosi and a few Tuesday Tips to help you out. Book a coaching session if you want customised advice and content creation for reels!

08.01.2022 Simple enough right? We have a pretty awesome community here on IG, with a lot of positivity and support and it’s one of my favourite parts about being a social media manager. On the other hand? Spend enough time on the net and you’ll see and hear some pretty mean stuff. ... Not long after I launched Kosi, a fellow business got a pretty rough DM from another much larger page in our community. I was gobsmacked. I instantly lost all respect for the page, because honestly? It was seriously unnecessary what they said. What could have been used at some helpful advice was used to tear this business down. Even still, this page was not being affected at all by this business. Long story short, we all know people are a lot bigger and bolder when they’re able to hide behind their screens. Try to spread positivity and support and if anything, turn your criticisms into helpful advice
