07.01.2022 Year 10 Food Technology Excursion On Monday Year 10 Food Technology visited Table 1 Espresso at Merewether for lunch. We have been studying a unit on Food Service and Catering, and our visit gave us an insight into how technology is being used in Hospitality establishments to improve order taking and ensure high levels of customer service. We also got to see some amazing food presentation and plating styles. ... Thank you to George and the wonderful staff at Table 1 Espresso Merewether for having us. We had a great time!
