21.01.2022 Slit t least 20 kgs of olives today . Now to leave in the water for two weeks before putting in jars with Brine for 45 days . Such a long process .

12.01.2022 Just to let you all know . I have decided not to sell my Greek sweets to the Greek restaurant in Port Macquarie at this time . I’m working with a few cafes and catering business to have my sweets and Savouries on sale there . I will keep you posted . Remember if you would like to taste you can order a box of various sweets and Savouries to share with friends and family . ... My website will be up soon .
