23.01.2022 Welcome the new week with open arms don't run from it run to it. Be in control of the week don't let the week or better still the day control you. With school holidays upon us it's easy to fall back into old habits. We either eat to much and not move enough or just completely stop our new habit straight away. Don't fall into this habit ! Like I said be in control ,this doesn't mean you can't have fun or enjoy the school holidays it just means you need to be organised in you...r own mind with meals and movement. For eg going to the movies choose a time where you have already had lunch and are full so you are not arriving wanting popcorn , ice creams and Jaffas because you are starving . Go to the park and take a ball challenge the kids to a game and prove to them you've still have got it . Remember life is short so get out there and start living it See more
23.01.2022 School holidays are here Yay no school lunches No running by the clock This is the time not only for the kids to recharge but also the parents So take the time to recharge and spend some beautiful quality time with your kiddies... Now this does not mean you sit down for 2 weeks hehehehe and eat chocolate Or hide in the cupboard sneaking chocolate Go for a walk with the kids Have a dance off Do a plank challenge Set a timer and do as many push-ups , lunges, squats, sit-ups ( show the kids up) You are strong You have will power You are amazing BOOTCAMP will be on @5.30pm Wednesday

15.01.2022 The key to weight loss success is journaling what you eat and when you move. I know I go on about this but those who track do actually lose more weight , be more focused and are more committed. I find if you organise your next day from dinner back to breakfast you can't go wrong. It does take a little time to get into this habit but once you start you won't regret !
