25.01.2022 OK wow here we go :-) A friend of mine reminded me of the first photo in this collage from after I had my last baby chaz and reminded me to remember where I started so I thought what a perfect time to share a bit of my story from the past 3 years. I knew I was finished having babies and that I was ready to reclaim my body back for my own after the amazing job it did creating 3 gorgeously big babies :-) Like many of you I was trying all different diets and ofcourse working ou...t which is a passion of mine anyway and was getting some results. For me personally weight loss has always been a struggle and something that just doesn't happen easily for me for whatever reason unknown. I also struggled with emotional eating and drinking, self sabotaging habits that impacted the hard work and effort that I was putting in the majority of the time. So over the past 3 years the journey has had it's ups and downs and challenges just like everyone else, as we try, fall down, pick back up, learn and grow. As with a lot of people mindset was a big one for me, I would have great periods and then low periods where it was challenging to start again and always just felt unbalanced. My biggest results and growth has actually happened over the last 16 months when i changed my nutrition and started fueling my body right with a system that was able to balance and reset my body from the inside so that it could perform in the way it should and work more efficiently, so even though yes i still have some doona cover of fat to remove, these days I'm less stressed, calmer, have more muscle mass then ever before, more energy, self love, a stronger mindset to reduce and remove completely those self sabotaging habits that were holding me back and have a sense of PRIDE that I am in control of the body and the life that I am living, and no longer a slave to the weaknesses of my body and mind. Yes it is a life long journey and I feel I am finally leveling up into the person I truely saw myself as being (my own superhero) and I want to share that to help inspire others out there that no matter where you start or where you've been, each day you have a CHOICE to do life differently and build on this over time and sometimes we all need that guidance and assistance. I believe that my struggles and journey are why I am so passionate to coach and support others to gain back their control of their health, superpower and lifestyle, and starting can be super easy by working on the inside out.
