21.01.2022 Dearest Ka-Poochers, As Victorians, we are facing our biggest challenge yet. At Ka-Pooch, we must abide by the legislation, whilst also playing a role in reducing our movement within the community, and unnecessary interactions. As such, we are making a difficult, but important decision to reduce the scale of our operations until the end of lockdown. We will be closed tomorrow, 7th August. The team are currently notifying those owners with bookings. Until announced furthe...r, we will be reducing our opening days to Tuesday-Thursday On these days, our opening hours will be from 8:30am-5:30pm This allows us to halve the crossover between employees, reducing risk, as well as provide RDOs to minimize contact Tomorrow we will be working through our COVID Safe Plan, including enhancements to our procedures to further minimize contact during drop off/pick up As a service connected with animal health, husbandry or welfare, we want to support our many pet parents who are essential workers, are receiving medical treatment or have another genuine requirement for our services. If your pooch is coming in for a play, but is equally happy to stay at home as much as we love to see them all now is the time to keep them home. We promise that we will be back to full scale at the end of this, and cannot wait to see you all, Please all stay safe, give your pooch a hug and we cant wait to see you all under better circumstances, Sam and team
