23.01.2022 We recently demolished this old rotted out wall frame in an outdoor entertaining area, the timber frame work was severely water damaged, we moved it onwards inline with the existing wall and replaced all frame work window reveals using h4 treated pine with dpc placed under all bottom plates so no moisture can be drawn through the slab into the timber.
