07.01.2022 What is a wet hopped beer? This beer was being brewed as the hops were being picked. A HPA rep drove from the hop farm to King River Brewing before any processing treatment occurred, a one hour drive and we added them to the whirlpool. Our Wet Hopped beers have no perceived vegetal flavour and aroma and have the most delicate of flavours from the wet hops. Try one and you'll see how glorious wet hopped beers can be!
