17.01.2022 So nice to finally hold a workshop today complete with hand sanitiser & social distanced (there were 3 of us, so complying with ALL rules) after 9 weeks remote teaching and very little time for crafting. Made Julie Storti’s design Xmas Hats & Birdie Cards. Just being able to catch up face to face rather than on Messenger video was great.

11.01.2022 I know I’ve been missing in action recently, but have been remote teaching. My 9 week stint finished yesterday. The last 3 weeks I’ve continued remote teaching on video lessons whilst the classes resumed being in school. It has been one of the hardest (if not THE hardest) teaching I have ever done. Considering this September will be 40 years since I started teaching, that is saying something! Now I need to get my crafting mojo back. This is from a couple of months ago. Forgot to photograph the cards I made for my sister’s birthday 18th June & Father’s Day (U.K) 21st June.

06.01.2022 The Rotary Club of Traralgon have been busy making we’re thinking of you cards that are being delivered to Aged Care homes in the town. Many of these residen...ts have been in lock down or receiving very limited visitors since March! We hope that other clubs will take up this idea and brighten up the residents days in their own towns. These cards can be wiped down on delivery, which is a criteria for sending items into these homes. Please pass this on to your local club and brighten up someone’s day. A big thank you to all in our club and friends who have got this idea off of the ground. See more

06.01.2022 Just so you are aware there was a little mishap with the codes not matching the correct paper in the new catalogue for the Floral splash range. This picture shows the correct codes for the matching papers so if you could just mark this in your catalogue when you get it, that would be great.

05.01.2022 So today I’ve been making 50 cards for Rotary Traralgon to distribute. The Club decided that they would like to send cards to each aged care resident in our local homes to let them know that the Club is thinking of them. We need 350 I believe. One club member drew a design which Rae scaled down and coloured the mouse (it was in pencil, as was the sentiment) and typed in the sentiment. We thought it would be a shame not to use the image. No idea what others are doing. Pleased with how they have turned out. A successful day’s crafting

04.01.2022 So it was TTD yesterday and of course it was remote TTD for all of us in Victoria. There are TWO NEW Collections this time - Floral Splash & Writer’s Block to cater for both female & males. The catalogue is a new shape but still contains lots of lovely products and projects. Yesterday I completed the Floral Splash M&T and 3 card Workshop and will be placing an order this week for some of the Writer’s Block paper and stamps. I have attached below photos of the new products. So if you want a catalogue to browse at your leisure and you prefer to have it to hand rather than online let me know. 03.01.2022 A card for a friend to send who wants to put family photos in. The brief was less is more and favourite colour green. Hope it fits the bill. Just delivered it and did make a box envelope using my favourite site the crafty owl for measurements.
