23.01.2022 Hi guys, First and foremost, I would like to thank you anyone who came last night and wait for such a long time for your food. And I deeply sorry for letting you wait for that long. It was supposed to be 3 people working last night, but one of the staff was suddenly ill, so no one was able to cover his shift. And most of the orders were gluten-free, so gluten-free deep fryers were used at their full capacity. I could not cook a lot of orders at once because the risks of glut...en contamination and overcook were so high. Second, anyone who was waiting so long for your food last night, if there were anything went wrong, please do not be afraid to contact me via Facebook or give me a call to the shop, I will find a solution that works best for you. I was so busy in the kitchen, so I was not able to make something up to you. Last, I want to express gratitude to everyone who was continuously supporting Kraken. And I am so happy to see faces of who I thought I would never see them again because of some of my mistakes in the past. Thank you for giving Kraken another chance. Love you all

21.01.2022 Got some good Tassie Blue Eye trevalla this week, so decided to make something rare. Ended up with this Fish Katsu made from Nama Panko which is homemade from our burger rolls rather than the breadcrumbs that we normally sell. Turned out to be amazing, it melted in my mouth from the first bite, something that I have never experienced before. Such a good combination from all fresh ingredients. 09.01.2022 A bit late Merry Christmas from Kraken . May you and your loved ones receive an abundantly love and joy in this festive season. Despite the shop is closed today, I have received a lot of missed calls while I was taking a deep clean in the kitchen. I am so thankful that there are still people loving my foods and supporting Kraken until now. It is such a pleasure to cook for you and your loved ones. After taking long hours to clean every corner of the kitchen, especially all the deep fryers, Kraken will be back tomorrow with all fresh oil to serve you. Again thank you so much. Love you all .
