12.01.2022 I was asked to run the fitness program for the Mermaid Beach SLSC boat crews this season. The biggest satisfaction I get is seeing the people I train, improve and achieve things they didn't think were possible. Both women's and U23's boys crews have really applied themselves and are achieving some great results. Here is footage of Saturday's final where the U23's finished 3rd. Well done boys!
