If you're interested in holding a fine dining moment in the familiar setting of your own home or in any other place of your own choosing you can't go past Krause Catering for a really wonderful in-house gourmet experience. I found every aspect of our dinner party experience to be a pleasure; from the pre-dinner organization, right through to the preparation and presentation of the meal itself. Che...f Kurt was cool under pressure in the heat of the moment, nothing seemed to faze him. The staff on the night complimented the Chef with top service and a sense of humour. Kurt's wife Liz provided the front of house experience you'd expect when liaising with an established traditional restaurant. Communication was flawless. And the food? Superb. Need I say more? I'd just like to say thank you to Kurt and Liz, and to Sonia, Sam and Bec for providing us with a wonderful experience.
