13.01.2022 Rotten boards are up, ready for plumber and sparky to do their thing. All the tiles had to come up first, wasn't too hard. Will be able to sand back and restore those floor boards for client. Will upload photos once done

They're currently doing a full renovation on a two bedroom unit, new floorboards due to termite and water damage, new kitchen designed and installed to open the place up more.
