20.01.2022 To our dear and loyal customers, Following the latest COVID19 update and Victorian Government response plan that was issued earlier today, KRAUS FOODS will be taking extra health and safety measures to keep everyone safe. Effective tomorrow, sanitizers will be provided and must be used upon arrival. Staff will clean down the counter between each customer transaction. No more than 10 customers are to be inside the premises at one time. As one customer exits, the next may enter..., please try to limit one representative per family (please no young children) so we can accomodate more people. We hope you can respect these requirements for the well-being of our community and staff. KRAUS FOODS will now be implementing an order/collect system, which we encourage you to use. Shoppers will be able to order via email, with arranged pick up times that will be provided. ** For those who are unable to leave their homes, a delivery service will be available. ** As this is new for us all, your patience is appreciated as we are currently in the process of finalising the Passover 2020 order list, and this along with the email will be available shortly. With your assistance & understanding we will be able to remain open and help serve our community and keep us safe.

09.01.2022 Due to the latest COVID-19 pandemic and to the health and well-being of our customers and community, KRAUS FOODS will be taking the necessary precautions to keep us all safe. There will be sanitizers placed at the front counters - please use some upon entry. As well as disposable gloves for those who want extra protection. Due to the virus, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges on any items at this time. ... We kindly request that if you have recently been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive to COVID-19; if you have recently returned from overseas; if you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms; or are awaiting clearance from a doctor, to please not enter the shop. We are in progress of developing an order/delivery system for those who meet the above requirements of a lockdown. Please be patient with us as Passover is our busiest time of year. There has been a number of requests regarding the arrival of KLP essentials such as machine shemura matza, margarine etc, we will keep you updated on this Facebook page.
